What will be deleted?
Your account identity and sign-in data, email and display name, quiz attempts, chapter progress, XP, level, streak, badges, discoveries, journey events and learning indicators will be deleted.
The request is processed after account ownership is verified. Deletion is scheduled for completion within 30 days. Minimal records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Request deletion without the app
Enter the email address used for JW Quest. The button opens an email addressed to our privacy contact. Send that message so we can verify ownership and begin deletion.
You can also write directly to contact@uguradsay.com with the subject “JW Quest Account Deletion”. Never send your password.
Guest data on this device
Guest progress is not an online account. You can remove it from this device by clearing JW Quest website/app storage in your browser or device settings.
